Port Isabel is the main city of the State of Felling, and is home to the National Concert Hall and the Quarkian Philharmonic Orchestra. It is also a major ferryport, with regular services to Port Mirabel, Port Annabel, Ferrisburg, New Parley (Galataeus), Sinnoh, Kanto and even Unova. It is also the capital of the Sherrifdom of South Felling, consisting of Port Isabel, Overbridge and Farhill.
