An Incomplete stew is a partially assembled version of a stew prior to being cooked. It is made by adding either a potato or cookedmeat to a bowl of water. Adding the other needed ingredient will make an uncooked stew, that can be cooked on a range and will result in either a stew or a burnt stew.
