Exit 23A on the Henry Hudson Parkway is half of a full interchange going northbound only. The "A" designation only exists going northbound as it is Exit 23 going southbound. The exit is for Broadway south, which is U.S. Route 9. Unlike its companion, Exit 23B, this exit is just a regular ramp.
