Turtlia is a T-class planet in the far reaches of the Maeltir Galaxy. The planet does not come under any known interstellar planetary classification the Maeltir Union scholars record, which makes it very unique. Almost as though it was a cross between natural and artificial formation. (Humanoid) Locals of Turtlia stand roughly 8 inches tall.
