Within the Waves was a Mastery 4 water Travel Spell which allowed the shugenja to create an air bubble around the caster and a small area nearby. The bubble would allow to move through or on the water. This spell was originally devised by Isawa Shugenja trying to locate the legendary undersea kingdom which was supposedly the home of Shiba's wife.
