Richard Parker was the CEO of Parker Industries ar rival of Oscorp. Richard left his office to see his wife Mary and newborn son Peter when an explosion happened that killed around 90 people including Richard and Mary with Peter just surviving. Peter was then sent to live with his Uncle Ben and Aunt May. About 16 years later Peter went to Midtown High and was often bullied by Flash Thompson, his girlfriend Gwen Stacy, his friend Harry Osborn and Harry's girlfriend Liz Allan. Peter managed to make a few friends one of them being Mary Jane Watson his first friend.
