Said to have been born of early Dark Magics within Volvar, Dragoncharms were used heavily by the Del during their reign between 3E 720 - 1151 to enslave the will of Dragons, specifically Volvarian Broadwings. While the number of Dragoncharms proven to exist during this time was low, their effect was felt all over Aevonhold.
