Sammy De Coco is a villain character from The Mask: The Animated Series. He appears only in the season 2 episode, Mr. Mask Goes to Washington. He is the supreme dictator of a small Caribbean island nation, the Plantain Republic. He becomes enemies with the Mask during his stay in the White House. The Mask's annoying antics with De Coco caused him to declare war on the U.S. but lost at the end due to the Mask. The Mask always calls him, Porky, because of his large weight, which furiously annoys the dictator.
