Windows 10 Build 10049 is a pre-release build of the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system. This build was released as the 6th technical preview to Windows Insiders on 2015-03-30. It is the first official build to include Project Spartan, although only in non-Enterprise editions. Otherwise, this build isn't too different from 10041.
