The Covenant of Fallen Stars was a religious group located on Cochran. Its leader was an enigmatic man known as Amadeus. Only a select few people know that Amadeus is an alias of Heinrich Stalh. They were at odds with the Olumi Osahn and were eventually wiped out by them.
