Tegor was a male Icorian engineer in Starfleet in the 24th century. As of 2376, he was assigned as chief engineer of Starbase Deep Space 10. He had an initially off-putting, all-business personality, but eventually warmed to people after a prolonged period of working together. Tegor had a pet wilk, who could not be kept aboard the station, and whom Tegor instead left with his brother and his family. (CoE eBook: Troubleshooting) Tegor's rank is never given in the story.
