Singh was a Havenite citizen and politician. In 1905 PD, he served as an undersecretary in the Office of Internal Security. Hereditary President Harris's staff tried to contact Singh just before everyone at Harris' birthday was killed in Rob S. Pierre's coup. (HH3)
