Enarchis was a Xindi writer during the Great Diaspora. In the 2080s, Enarchis wrote, "Without a world of our own, we are but children lost in the wilderness." Degra quoted Enarchis in a toast to his crew on the eve of the completion of the Xindi weapon. (ENT: "Azati Prime") This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
