Sonic is a starter character in Super Smash Flash. He, as with many other characters, has only five different attacks, but can also deal damage with his jump. He is the second fastest character, putting him just behind Super Sonic. Sonic is ranked one place below Super Sonic, as Super Sonic is much faster and has better finishers than Sonic, despite a slower attack speed and a larger hurtbox. This makes Sonic pretty much obsolete in the convoluted environment of SSF.
