Chrome Dome is an android created by Shredder. He appears in the Super NES version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters, entering the tournament for a chance to have his programming changed, so that he no longer has to do Saki's bidding. In Chrome Dome's ending, he succeeds in extracting his warrior program and lives it up with a gynoid version of himself.
