M. Johannsen was a Manticoran citizen and a noncommissioned of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps. Holding the rank of Master Sergeant, he served as a range officer on the pistol range at the Royal Manticoran Naval Academy on Saganami Island. (HH10)
