Carrot Cave was the 2011 April Fools day event. On April Fools' Day (April 1), 2011, Dragon Cave was transformed into Carrot Cave. The word "dragon", across the entire site (including scroll names, dragon names, user descriptions, everything except the heading), was changed into "carrot". Other changes include "hatchling" becoming "sprout", "egg" becoming "seed", "drake" becoming "potato" (as in "Ochrepotato", the Carrot Cave version of the Ochredrake), and "dino" also becoming "banana".
