General Arkady Ourumov (Russian: Аркадий Урумов) was the fictional commander of the Russian Space Division and a member of the Janus Crime Syndicate. He served as the tertiary antagonist of the 1995 film GoldenEye and was portrayed by actor Gottfried John. The character was later extensively re-imagined for the 2010 video-game GoldenEye 007, played by Laurence Possa.
