Cody Sol (born February 11, 1991, in Woodstock, Ontario) is a Canadian defenceman playing for the Saginaw Spirit of the Ontario Hockey League. He has played for the Spirit since 2007. The Atlanta Thrashers chose him 125th overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. In the 2010-11 preseason, the Thrashers returned Sol to the Spirit during training camp.
