The Seikihi River run through the territory of the Phoenix Clan. It was a tributary of the River of the Drowned Merchant, meeting the latter before it flows through the Spine of the World Mountains. Master of Water Isawa Tomo was raised near this river. The river was the source of his fascination with his chosen element.
