Kyoko is the daughter of Masaru Uraki, a member of the Uraki-Clan of Takigakure and Hikari Uraki, a Kunoichi, whose abilities were in the Nin-Jutsu and of the Iryo-nin. In addition, she had the Kekkei-Genkai the Shōton, which was later passed on to her daughter Kyoko.
