I would have to say GundamSeed & GundamSeed Destiny combined would have the most Mobile Suites. There is the: Freedom / Justice / Providence / Aegis / Buster / Blitz / Duel / Strike / Forbidden / Raider / Calamity / Ginn / Zaku(Warrior) / Gouf Ignited / Savior / Abyss / Windam / Impulse / Legend / Destiny / Akatsuki / Strike-Freedom / Infinite-Justice / That is over 20 suites so far, but I know there are some that I did not mention... This includes variations, customizations, still-in-use ones (in terms of sequels), etc, etc. Mobile Fighter G Gundam - 65 or so After War Gundam X - 48 or so
