Gadon 3 was a planet in the Tion Cluster of the Outer Rim Territories, noted for its Kif mines. Historically it had fallen under the influence of Kismaano, something long-resented by the native Gadons. It was the center of a dispute in 71 BBY when the Kif miners began selling ore to enemies of the Gadons. The Galactic Republic ruled in favor of the miners.
