The Black full helm (r) is the rarest full helm of all the full helmets on RuneScape that has a red plume on it. Wearing this helm requires 10 Defence to wear. They cannot be dropped by Black Knights and cannot be made using the Smithing skill either. When buying this helmet from the Grand Exchange, it will take a very long time for the process to go. On 10 June 2011, the prices lowered by 1,900,000 coins at the Grand Exchange. The high and low alch also changed on that date.
