This Imperial Mark II was the flagship of Fleet Admiral Clermont Veers during his second attempt to capture David Winters. The Echelon Prime was first commissioned under Veers as the flagship of his ArkGuard Task Force. The task force first commenced operations in the Tatoo system with the goal of suffocating the entire system of its water resources. The system soon surrendered unconditionally and gave Veers the location of Rouge Squadron’s secret base and uncovered an unauthorized Moff who was producing TIE Interceptors for his own exploits.
