Oceana pine (Pinus sylvestris var. oceana) is one of the different pine trees occuring in Lovia. It is the most common tree in Oceana, and crosses the border with Sylvania, where it can be found in the Emerald Highlands and Train Village Plains. It does not occur natively in other regions of Lovia, but its suitability as building material and fuel have brought it to other parts of the country as well, and as Oceana is the only state that is mostly covered with forests, and thus pine trees, it is the most common tree in Lovia. The tree is a variety of the Scots pine, more specifically the one that grows at the southernmost longitude.
