The Phone Voice belonged to a woman who Tricia Hopkins called up on her first day selling insulation from the Weatherfield Heating Bureau. Having had no takers so far, Tricia was so excited at getting a response that she dropped her script before she'd even opened her mouth. While she fumbled about with her things, the woman - assuming it was a nuisance call - threatened to report her to the authorities and hung up on Tricia. The caller was credited under "Phone Voices", along with Phone Voice 2 (Barbara Greenhalgh).
