Laerentius Proconinus II was an emperor of Ulyssa. He reigned until his late 70s and had been known as a patron of the arts and a poor leader, however much none would say the combination of words aloud in Ulyssa. Proconinus II died in 3E 1194. His reign had seen the failure of the Third Border War and loss of territory on the Nobugo front. He is father to his successor, Laerentius Proconinus III.
