'Pyuhng Soo are a Set of ten advanced plam striking techniques taught at 3rd degree black belt for promotion to 4th degree. The practitioner uses the palm to strike specific pressure pionts on the opponent. Palm techniques require many years to develop, but once the technique has been mastered, one can generate an awsome amount of power and cause severe, sometimes fatal internal damage to an opponent.
