Homing Destructo Disk (追尾気円斬 Tsuibi Kienzan, literally Chasing Energy Circle Razor), is an improved version of Krillin's Destructo Disk attack, developed independently from him by Frieza and some others. In the anime, Cell is also shown to use the Homing Destructo Disk attack during the Cell Games. Cell can use both Kiezan and Tsuibi Kienzan (as he possesses both Frieza's and Krillin's cells).
