The Papal State Affairs Special Operations Section (Latin: Arcanum Cella Ex Dono Dei; 教皇庁国務聖省特務分室) is a special division of the Ministry of Holy Affairs—the department responsible for the international relations of the Vatican Papal State. It is also known by several different names such as the Special Operations Department of the Ministry of Holy Affairs, the Special Operations Department of the Division of State Ecclesiastical Affairs, and the Ministry of Holy Affairs Special Duty Division.
