Jérôme Ganneau was a Mannerheim citizen and an officer of the Mannerheim System-Defense Force. Holding the rank of Commodore, he served as the commanding officer of Battlecruiser Squadron 6, in charge of the SGC-902-36-G Terminus of the Torch Wormhole Bridge. He was married to Assuntina Ganneau, the youngest sister of Fleet Admiral Chiara Otis. (CS2)
