Prince Pelle is a Rank 9 Networker who helps Rank 8 players reach Rank 9. He is the brother of Princess Cynthia. His MLN description reads: The King gave sovereignty of the House of Mantles to Prince Pelle in the year that he disappeared. In the time since the King disappeared he has been at odds with his sister Princess Cynthia over who will take the Throne once the statues pass that allows that the King has perished. The Prince contends that it is the male of the Royal Family who is the true heir and is willing to do battle for what he believes is the rule.
