The May Fly Throwing Grenade is one of two throwing grenades in the game that come out of the classic AO game. The May Fly has a much higher damage than the Hedge Hog, as well as works in an area effect, but the item itself is Unique flaged so only one may be carried at a time. It gets to be a bit of a hassle to make new grenades in the field all the time, so the May Fly has largely been ignored.
