Fael Mikin is the son of a minor branch of the Light's Reach Mikins. He served both as a member of the Mikin Ducal guard and then more recently as the Lord Constable of Light's Reach through the insurrection of Alieron Mikin and the destruction of Light's Reach by the Ravager.
