Andrzej Małysiak (born June 30, 1957, in Myslowice, Poland) is a retired Polish forward. He played in Poland from 1975 to 1982 with GKS Tychy and GKS Katowice. In 422 games he scored 224 goals. Malysiak played in the 1980 Olympics and in the 1978, 1979, 1981, and 1982 World Championships.
