Jal Kinell was a Kazon-Ogla warrior who lived during the 24th century. Kinell was Kar's brother. He had been killed sometime prior to 2372 and had earned his Ogla name by dying bravely in battle. The bracelet of the man who killed Kinell was shown to Commander Chakotay by Kar when he was brought aboard a Kazon carrier vessel. (VOY: "Initiations") This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
