John Shirley (born February 10, 1953) is an American fantasist, author of noir fiction, and science-fiction writer. In 2013, Shirley teamed up with Ubisoft to release a companion novel to release alongside the game Watch Dogs, entitled Watch Dogs //n/Dark Clouds. The book takes places after Watch Dogs and follows the story of Sergeant Mick Wolfe. One version of the ebook is a standard digital book, but the other is a totally upgraded interactive story with videos and images.
