A creation of Dr. Vengapunk on the Grand line the Shield Tonfa are a set of Tonfa which have eaten the Tate Tate no Mi Devil Fuit. This is possible as the two tonfa's were made as one weapon and can still connect at the ends. One created the Shield Tonfa were given to a Marine Vice Admiral (Name yet to be decided) and were then stolen by Luther Foxe who currently owns them.
