Raymond Butler was the panel head at Rhona Goskirk and Paddy Kirk's adoption meeting. Rhona explained that they are as confident as they can be that her son Leo would cope well with having another sibling, as he already has a half-sister April Windsor, who he adores. Rhona explained they have a great support network, as they have their own business, they are able to be flexible with when they work. Paddy talks Rhona up insisting any child would be lucky to have her as a mother. After the meeting, Raymond informs Paddy and Rhona that they have recommended that they are being put forward to adopt a child.
