Naga Ray (ナーガ レイ Nāga Rei) is Hebitsukai Silver (ヘビツカイシルバー Hebitsukai Shirubā, lit. Snake-Bearer Silver), the Silver Ranger of the Kyurangers. From the Hebitsukai System, Naga Ray's people eschewed emotions, but he is on a mission to have emotions, unlike his people. He is a thief, a partner to Balance. He is the eighth Kyuranger to be awakened. Naga is later compromised and corrupted by a vice shogun named Akyanba. His betrayal also leads to the corruption of his Seiza Blaster and his Kyutama, allowing him to transform into Hebitsukai Metal (ヘビツカイメタル Hebitsukai Metaru). He retains this power after being freed from Akyanba's control.
