Ilava Primary School is a public primary school in East River, Newhaven. It was founded in 1999 as Newhaven Primary School until it went in debt and in March 2012 Oos Wes Ilava donated $1 million USD to keep it running. In the honour of Oos Wes for keeping it running, the school changed its name to thank him.
