The Battle of Citadel Station was an engagement between the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic. Following the Empire's theft of an experimental cloaking device from a Republic outpost on Akuria II, the device was brought to a research station called Citadel Station, in the Dominus system. The Republic was able to track down the agent, and followed him with a fleet of warships. The vessels attacked the defending Imperial armada, and this resulted in a large space battle. Imperial fighters changed the tide of the battle, destroying many Republic ships. With the Republic fleet defeated, work continued on the device itself.
