Bianca is the cousin of Spencer Rice. She appeared in the episode First one to talk loses. and Kenny invited her over to cause Spenny to talk but instead his plan backfired causing her to make him talk by seduction. She appeared again in Season 4's episode of "First one to get a boner loses". Spencer brought her in to try and get Kenny aroused and would have succeeded were it not for the fact that Kenny just hours before went to his older brother the doctor and had a nerve blocker injected in his penis area.
