The UCGR4 features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include two DiMarzio-made IBZ/USA humbucking pickups at the bridge and neck flanking an IBZ/USA single-coil, an Edge double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines. The image on this guitar, entitled "Leather & Metal", features a leather-clad female figure and a graphic design. It was handpainted and signed by Pamelina H. The UCGR4 was discontinued after 1991 although a similar Custom Graphics series was offered in 1992.
