Lucero Point, formerly known as Lopez Point and sometimes called "Little Mexico" as it has one of the largest concentrations of Hispanics in the City was a western neighborhood within Westview that was sandwiched between Manssen Park and Stamos to the north, and Rogers Way to the south. The residing Exile contact is Mandarin while the local Exile gang are the Sparks. Not only is this the location of Ralins Corner, but it also has The Lynchpin, the only club in Lucero.
