The Gag Reflex refers to the usage of an absurd, random humour that is used to explain things in the main comic. This absurd humour should be used sparingly as using it too many times can result in an audience that is sick of continuous gags. The power of the gag reflex obviates plotholes. What powers the gag reflex is unknown, but presumably it is the Author. The term is first introduced here as Mega Man attempts to explain how he instantly transported to the Broom's location.
