Plague Skulls were used by the Nezumi Shaman to spread sickness and disease against their enemies. They were fashioned inside a satchel and threw to a water pool, river, or lake, quickly infecting the nearby area. They were able to destroy the most important cities of Rokugan in a single attempt.
