A Vessel was a type of cyborg that could store vast amounts of information in their heads, without being able to access it. In legal usage, vessels were simply a form of courier, delivering information to a location at which point the information was removed. Vessels were required to spend a certain period of time as an indentured servant—at least a decade—normally for the corporation that paid for their operation.
