Construction of Thetis was completed on reference stardate 2/1802, in the latter part of the 2270s decade. This vessel was commissioned at one of the the shipyards that produced Reliant-class vessels, either Morena Shipyards, Sol IV Fleet Yards or Salazaar Shipyards.
